My first career is that of a registered nurse; after 15 years working as a health professional I decided to become a stay-at-home mom for my two children.   Always having been an artist of sorts; prior to nursing school I had been a stained glass artist for many years and have always 'dabbled' in creative endeavors.   It wasn't until I started taking drawing and painting classes several years ago that I discovered my love for painting, which I have been immersed in ever since.   I have sold work while exhibiting in area art shows, restaurants and local galleries.   I love...more
